FAQ
How does numeric sorting work?
Lines starting with numbers are sorted numerically (1, 2, 10). Without this option, lexicographic sorting is used (1, 10, 2).
Are spaces considered?
Yes, spaces at the beginning affect sorting. Lines with leading spaces come first.
Can I sort by multiple columns?
Currently only simple line sorting. For complex sorting (e.g. CSV by column 2), use CSV tools.
